Meet Julia

I was looking for something deeper than asanas

I practiced Hatha, Ashtanga, and Iyengar for years. They were good for my body, but I wanted more. The first time I tried Kundalini, I thought: "So this is how you can feel after yoga!" I've been teaching since 2017. Most of my students come for stress relief or flexibility — and then discover something deep and meaningful.

How I Teach

Gentle doesn't mean shallow

Gentle approach means practising with love and presence. Even when we're doing intense exercises. Every class starts with a long warm-up — your body needs to be ready before the real work begins. Then comes a kriya: a specific sequence designed to move energy in the body. We finish with deep relaxation and meditation, which is where everything integrates.

No pushing, no competing. Just steady practice that goes deeper than you'd expect.

You don't need to be flexible or experienced

The effects spread beyond the mat: in how you react to triggers and approach life challenges, in what you create and how you contribute

Yoga & Astrology

Two methods, one path

Astrology tells you who you are — your patterns, your strengths, what you're here to work on. Yoga gives you the energy to actually change and guides to the space beyond your personality. I use both. They're separate practices, but they point in the same direction: discovering yourself and living from that place.
