“What I value most is Julia's total acceptance of where I am. She's patient, quickly learns your personal limits, and never pushes you beyond what feels right.”

Private sessions
Every session starts from where you are right now: how your body feels, what's on your mind, what you want to work on. Online from anywhere, or in person in Tbilisi.
Write to meI'm Julia. I've been practicing Kundalini since 2015 and teaching since 2017. I trained with Guru Rattana and with Parvinder Singh, a master of Naad Yoga, the yoga of sound. I hold a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga teacher certification from Kundalini Rising, a Yoga Alliance registered school, plus advanced courses on the chakras and on women's practice. My approach is gentle: no pushing, no forcing. I teach in English and Russian.
People come for very different reasons. Some of what we can work on together:
More flexibility and aliveness in the physical body
A healthy spine and better posture
Releasing tension you carry in the body without noticing
Developing more awareness of your body, learning to listen to its signals
Making peace with your body and being kinder to yourself
If you're tired in the morning and can't get out of bed
When your mind won't switch off
If you're anxious and can't fall asleep
Grounding and feeling more present in your body
Trying Kundalini for the first time, at your own pace
Coming back to practice after a break
New mothers who want to feel like themselves again
Mothers trying to get out of survival mode
Coming back to yourself when you're feeling a little lost
Deepening your meditation practice
Chakras and the subtle body, through practice, not theory
The power of your voice: Kundalini mantra and throat work
Building a practice you actually keep up with
New to Kundalini? It's a practice of movement, breath, sound and meditation, done in set sequences called kriyas. No experience needed: I'll guide you through everything.
Sometimes Kundalini practice opens emotional layers: grief, anger, things long buried. I can hold space for that release in our work together, but I'm not a therapist. If practice brings up something deep, please see a therapist for the cognitive and relational work. Yoga and therapy work well together.
60 to 75 minutes, online or in person in Tbilisi
We start with a short talk about how you are and what you'd like to work on
I put together the warm-up, kriya, breathwork and meditation
We go through it together, and there's time for feedback and questions after each session, so we can adjust the flow as we go
If you like, I can give you a couple of practices to do on your own between sessions
Online sessions are on Jitsi: you get a link and join from your browser, nothing to install. You'll need a mat, a quiet space and a camera.
There are a few situations where we'd need to adapt, wait, or work with someone better suited.
$60 per session · $200 for 4 sessions (save 17%)
The 4-session pack is valid for a month. You can reschedule a session if you let me know at least 24 hours before.
