Refund Policy

Refund rules depend on what you bought. The summary below applies to all payments made through the site. Approved refunds are returned to the original card within 14 days.
Drop-in classes
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the class starts. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the class.
Monthly packages
Packages are valid for one month from the date of purchase. If you decide to stop attending before the month is over, I refund the unused classes on a pro-rated basis (price per class × number of classes you didn't attend). Unused classes do not transfer beyond the one-month validity period.
Private yoga sessions
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the session. No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before. Rescheduling is possible — just let me know.
Astrology consultations
Astrology consultations are non-refundable. Chart preparation begins immediately after payment is received, which is the bulk of the work. If you need to reschedule the session itself (not cancel), let me know and we'll find a new time.
Workshops and digital products
Recorded workshops, courses, and other digital products are non-refundable once access has been sent to your email. If you have a technical issue accessing the materials, write to me and I'll help.
How to request a refund
Send a request through the contact page with your name, the email used for payment, and the order you'd like to cancel. I'll confirm the request and process the refund to your original card within 14 days.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by TBC Bank in Georgian Lari (GEL). Refunds are returned to the same card in GEL. Due to exchange rate movement between the original payment and the refund, the amount returned in your local currency may differ slightly from the amount originally charged.
